Push pull green board

1. Structure: inner and outer double-layer structure, the inner layer is two fixed writing boards which is in same line with interactive whiteboard. Outer layer is two sliding writing boards. (LED Interactive touch screen display can be fixed on the middle or one side.)

2. Basic size: ≥4000mm×1305mm, which can be adjusted according to the equipped interactive whiteboard to ensure effective matching with the interactive whiteboard.

3. Writing board surface: It is made of high quality painted steel plate with thickness ≥0.3mm. The surface of the board is matt dark green, the hardness of the paint film is 6H, and the roughness is Ra1.6-  3.2um.

4. Inner core materia: high-strength, sound-absorbing, double-A corrugated cardboard, using internationally applicable technology, writing without sound, improving writing feel.

5. Backboard: Use high-quality anti-rust matt color coated steel plate, with 2 cm reinforcing groove for every 8 cm.

6. Covering board:  adopt environmentally-friendly two-component polyurethane glue, automatic assembly line covering operation (providing pictures of on-site operation), ensuring that the bonding surface is flat and the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.2mg/L which is in line with GB/T 28231-2011 "Writing board safety and health requirements."

7.  Frame  Adopts industrial high-strength aluminum alloy profile, electrophoresis champagne color, G-type slideway, mold extrusion molding, specification ≥57 mm×100 mm, horizontal (vertical) frame adopts double-layer reinforcement structure, thickness ≥15mm , The inner frame size is 37 mm × 20 mm, and the same color side seal is assembled according to the thickness of the interactive whiteboard or all-in-one touch screen display.

8. Pulley:  Fitted with U-shaped inlaid pulley on the side, high-precision plastic-coated bearing is equipped with shock-absorbing rubber ring to ensure smooth and durable sliding. The number is ≥8, and it is evenly installed up and down.

9. Dust removal device: a circular hole with a diameter of 25mm is opened on both sides of the outer lower frame, and equipped with 1 100×80mm pull-type dust box. The lower end of the sliding plate is equipped with an embedded rubber dust brush, and the specification is ≥30 mm×35 mm× 20mm, the dust can be automatically cleaned into the dust box during the sliding process of the writing board. The dust box can be removed and cleaned.

10.Wrap angle material: It is injection-molded with anti-aging high-strength ABS engineering plastic, double-walled cavity streamlined design, rounded corner ≥R25mm, with registered trademark.

11. Limit file: The sliding plate limit file is installed on both sides of the blackboard frame to prevent the movable frame from hitting the vertical frame when it is opened.

12. The product comply with GB/T 28231-2011 "Safety and Hygienic Requirements for Writing Board" and GB 21027-2007 "General Requirements for Safety of Student Supplies" and other national standards, and provide inspection reports issued by the municipal and above technical supervision bureaus.
